How we did it...

Greetings! I'm Claudio Castiglia, a dynamic individual born in vibrant Sao Paulo, Brazil. Embracing the complexity of my name with a touch of humor, I ventured into the world of industrial engineering. However, my heart found its true calling in international business trade, setting the stage for a remarkable journey.

In 1998, I took a leap of faith and migrated to the USA, where my professional odyssey began with a family-owned Indian business specializing in electronics and 24-hour photo development. This experience not only deepened my understanding of the Orlando, FL metro area but also forged valuable connections with hotels and gift shops across the city.

Fueling my passion for sports and adventure, I transitioned into a role that perfectly aligned with my interests – a lifeguard at Wet n’ Wild Aquatic Park. Achieving the status of a "Gold Whistle Guard" with a remarkable 98% score was a proud moment, especially considering I was mastering a new language simultaneously.

My pursuit of English proficiency led me to UCF and later Valencia Community College, where I not only honed my language skills but also met my wonderful wife. Fast forward to 2000, and I found myself immersed in a groundbreaking project at Busch Entertainment Corporation – the creation of "Discovery Cove." This unique theme park, featuring a man-made coral reef, allows visitors to swim with sharks, interact with dolphins, and bask in a paradise beach atmosphere.

Starting as a Senior Guard, I climbed the ranks, holding key positions in various departments, including Reception, Guest Services, Special Occasions, Reservations, Park Services, and Purchasing. The wealth of experience gathered during my tenure laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial venture.

In 2006, fueled by a desire to channel my theme park insights into a business, I founded USA Hospitality, INC. Since its inception, this venture has been more than a job; it's a passion. Grateful for the support of dedicated employees, we strive to create memorable opportunities for our customers by delivering quality products and services.

As the General Manager, my mission revolves around providing innovative products to maximize customer savings. At USA Hospitality, we prioritize minimizing expenses and supporting local suppliers to foster economic stability. Strong procurement is our key to success in this ever-evolving industry.

Beyond business, my core priorities remain rooted in faith and family. And yes, my love for obstacle courses and MUD RACES still runs strong – a testament to my enduring zest for adventure!
